3. Service Level Agreements
Service level commitments, including uptime guarantees, response times, and support availability, are defined in the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) accompanying your service contract. Our standard target is 99.9% uptime for managed infrastructure services.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery

- Promptly reporting any security incidents or unauthorized access
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA where applicable
- Timely payment for services as outlined in your service agreement
5. Security & Compliance
All clients on our managed service plans are required to adopt our Core Security Stack, which includes endpoint detection and response, multi-factor authentication, automated backups, and security monitoring. This non-negotiable approach ensures a baseline level of protection for all clients and their data.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Movement Technologies LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom software developed for clients is subject to the ownership terms of the applicable development agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movement Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, we will assist with the orderly transition of your data and services in accordance with our offboarding procedures.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Movement Technologies LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
